Provided is a molten iron manufacturing apparatus supplementing reducing gas supplied to a fluidized-bed reactor with reformed flue gas. The molten iron manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention is an apparatus for manufacturing molten iron by directly using powdered or bulky coal for general use and powdery iron-containing ore. The molten iron manufacturing apparatus comprises: a carbon dioxide removal device for supplying a reducing gas to a fluidized-bed reactor after removing carbon dioxide by branching part of flue gas of the fluidized-bed reactor; and a carbon dioxide separation device for separating only high-purity carbon dioxide gas having a reference concentration or higher from a tail gas discharged from the carbon dioxide removal device. The molten iron manufacturing apparatus further comprises: a methane synthesis device for having the high-purity carbon dioxide separated from the carbon dioxide separation device react with hydrogen to synthesize methane gas; a cooling device for condensing and separating water generated in the methane synthesis device and contained in the gas generated from the methane synthesis device; and a partial combustion device for producing a high-temperature reduced gas containing carbon monoxide and hydrogen by partially burning part of the methane gas from which water has been removed through the cooling device with oxygen. 용철 제조 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 용철 제조 장치는 분상 또는 괴상의 일반탄 및 분상의 철함유 광석을 직접 사용하여 용철을 제조하는 제조하는 용철 제조 장치로서, 유동환원로의 배가스 일부를 분기하여 이산화탄소를 제거한 후 유동환원로에 환원가스를 공급하는 이산화탄소 제거 장치와, 이산화탄소 제거 장치로부터 배출하는 테일 가스로부터 기준 농도 이상의 고순도 이산화탄소 기체만을 분리하는 이산화탄소 분리 장치를 포함한다. 용철 제조 장치는 이산화탄소 분리 장치에서 분리된 고순도 이산화탄소를 수소와 반응시켜 메탄 가스를 합성하는 메탄 합성 장치와, 메탄 합성 장치 중에 생성되어 메탄 합성 장치로부터 발생하는 가스 내에 포함된 물을 응축시켜 분리하는 냉각 장치, 및 냉각 장치를 통해 물이 제거된 메탄 가스의 일부를 산소로 부분 연소시켜 일산화탄소 및 수소가 포함된 고온 환원가스를 제조하는 부분 연소 장치를 포함한다.
