Summary:The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a magnesium-plated high corrosion-resistant fastener with improved plating adhesion. The method comprises: a first step of removing scale and foreign matter on a surface of a fastener through alkali degreasing and acid pickling; a second step of fluxing the pretreated fastener; a third step of heat-treating the fastener at 650 to 1,250℃ for 10 to 60 minutes using a heating furnace; a fourth step of plating the fastener by putting the fastener into an immersion plating bath containing a plating bath composition; a fifth step of performing control to keep the coating amount and thickness of a coating layer of the plated fastener uniform by using a centrifugal separator to keep; and a sixth step of post-processing the plated layer of the fastener through washing, dehydration, drying, or discoloration prevention treatment. The present invention can improve plating adhesion by minimizing oxidation that occurs in the process of plating the fastener. In particular, the present invention may enhance production quality to the maximum by imparting corrosion resistance and high-strength characteristics to the fastener. 본 발명은 알칼리 탈지와 산세처리를 통해서 패스너 표면의 스케일 및 이물질을 제거하는 제1단계; 전처리된 상기 패스너를 플럭스처리하는 제2단계; 상기 패스너를 가열로를 이용하여 650 내지 1,250℃에서 10 내지 60분 동안 열처리하는 제3단계; 도금욕 조성물이 담긴 침지식 도금조에 상기 패스너를 투입하여 도금처리하는 제4단계; 원심분리기를 이용하여 도금된 패스너의 도금량 및 두께의 코팅층을 균일하게 제어하는 제5단계; 상기 패스너의 도금층을 세척, 탈수, 건조 또는 변색방지처리를 통해서 후처리하는 제6단계;로 이루어지는 도금밀착성을 향상한 마그네슘 도금계 고내식 패스너 제조방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 패스터의 도금과정에서 발생하는 산화를 최소화하여 도금밀착성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 특히 본 발명은 패스너의 내식성 및 고강도 특성을 부여하여 생산품질을 극대화할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
