Summary:A method for managing a carbon credit and an apparatus thereof are disclosed. The method, performed by the carbon credit management apparatus, comprises the steps of: inviting a plurality of participants who apply a carbon reduction method; if receiving carbon reduction activity content from the plurality of participants, calculating the total amount of carbon reduction for the plurality of participants by using a carbon reduction calculation method predefined for each carbon reduction method; generating a business plan in a predefined format using the carbon reduction activity content input by the plurality of participants, and then if receiving a business approval from the environmental corporation based thereon, generating a monitoring report on the carbon reduction activity for a set period; and acquiring a carbon credit for the carbon reduction of the plurality of participants based on the monitoring report. The present invention can maximize a revenue of the carbon credit. 탄소배출권관리방법 및 그 장치가 개시된다. 탄소배출권관리장치는 탄소저감방법을 적용하는 복수의 참여자를 모집하고, 복수의 참여자로부터 탄소저감활동내용을 입력받으면, 탄소저감방법마다 기 정의된 탄소저감량 계산방법을 이용하여 복수의 참여자의 탄소저감량의 총량을 산출하고, 복수의 참여자로부터 입력받은 탄소저감활동내용을 이용하여 기 정의된 포맷의 사업계획서를 생성한 후 이를 기초로 환경공단으로부터 사업승인을 받으면 일정 기간 동안의 탄소저감활동에 대한 모니터링보고서를 생성하고, 모니터링보고서를 기초로 복수의 참여자의 탄소저감량에 대한 탄소배출권을 획득한다.
