The present invention is a wear ring having a heat reduction effect. The wear ring is mounted on a cylinder tube, and a shaft movably inserted into the cylinder. The wear ring is formed in a form of a ring and is made of a composite material containing polyamide and glass fiber. A plurality of dimples are formed on an outer circumferential surface where the wear ring faces the cylinder, or an inner circumferential surface where the wear ring faces the shaft. 본 발명은 발열 저감 효과를 갖는 웨어링으로서, 실린더 튜브와, 상기 실린더 내부에 운동 가능하게 삽입되는 샤프트에 장착되는 웨어링으로서 상기 웨어링은, 링 형태로 형성되되, 폴리아미드와 유리섬유가 배합된 복합소재로 이루어지며 상기 웨어링이 실린더와 마주보는 외주면, 또는 샤프트와 마주보는 내주면에는 복수 개의 딤플들이 형성된다.
