Summary:The present invention relates to a cell therapeutic agent for treating stroke comprising embryonic stem cell-derived mesenchymal stem cells as an active component. According to the present invention, in case of concurrent administration of embryonic stem cell-derived mesenchymal stem cells and EPO to stroke patients, it is expected to recover brain nerve damage and effectively improve behavioral disorders caused by stroke. 본 발명은 배아줄기세포 유래 중간엽 줄기세포를 유효성분으로 포함하는 뇌졸중 치료용 세포치료제에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따라, 뇌졸중 환자에게 배아줄기세포 유래 중간엽 줄기세포 및 EPO를 병용 투여하는 경우, 뇌 신경 손상을 회복시키고, 뇌졸중에 의한 행동장애의 효과적인 개선을 기대할 수 있다.
