The present invention provides a swash-type compressor, which comprises: a front housing including a rotating shaft, a lug plate coupled to the rotating shaft, a swash plate rotatably coupled to the lug plate to adjust an angle with the rotating shaft, a bushing sleeve disposed inside the swash plate, a stopper coupled to the rotating shaft and disposed at the rear of the swash plate, and a swash plate chamber installed between the swash plate and the stopped to accommodate a magnet; a rear housing disposed at the rear of the front housing and having refrigerant inducted and discharged therethrough; and a cylinder block disposed between the front housing and the rear housing and having a cylinder bore in which a piston coupled to the swash plate is reciprocally accommodated. The bushing sleeve contains diamagnetism materials. The present invention can alleviate the impact between the swash plate and the stopper. 본 발명은, 회전축과, 상기 회전축에 결합되는 러그플레이트와, 상기 러그플레이트에 회전 가능하게 결합되어 상기 회전축과의 각도가 조절되는 사판과, 상기 사판의 내부에 배치되는 부시슬리브와, 상기 회전축에 결합되며 상기 사판의 후방에 배치되는 스토퍼와, 상기 사판과 스토퍼 사이에 설치되는 자석이 수용되는 사판실이 형성된 프런트하우징; 상기 프런트하우징의 후방에 배치되며, 냉매가 흡입 및 토출되는 리어하우징; 상기 프런트하우징과 리어하우징의 사이에 배치되며, 상기 사판에 결합된 피스톤이 전후로 왕복 가능하게 수용되는 실린더보어가 형성된 실린더블록을 포함하되, 상기 부시슬리브는, 반자성체(diamagnetism) 소재를 함유한 사판식 압축기를 제공한다.
