Summary:The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a bent pipe having a constant inner diameter capable of manufacturing a constant inner diameter of a bent portion, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a device for manufacturing a bent pipe having a constant inner diameter, including a support which is inserted into an inner circumferential surface of a pipe body made of quartz or glass to be positioned in a bent region where the pipe body is to be bent, is formed of a flexible material to be bent together with the pipe body when the pipe is bent, and is formed of an elastic material to elastically support the inner circumferential surface of the pipe body; and a heater for heating the pipe body. 본 발명은 절곡부위의 내경이 일정하게 제조할 수 있는 내경이 일정한 절곡관 제조장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 형태에 따르면, 석영 또는 유리 재질의 관체의 내주면에 삽입되어 상기 관체가 절곡될 절곡영역에 위치되며, 상기 관체가 절곡될 때 상기 관체와 함께 절곡될 수 있도록 유연한 재질로 형성되고, 상기 관체가 절곡될 때 상기 관체의 내주면을 탄성적으로 지지하도록 탄성적인 재질로 형성되는 지지체; 상기 관체를 가열하는 히터;를 포함하는 내경이 일정한 절곡관 제조장치가 개시된다.
