Summary:The present invention relates to a self-powered tactile sensor using impedance matching of a single electrode and a triboelectric generator. The present invention provides the self-powered tactile sensor using impedance matching of the single electrode and the triboelectric generator, wherein a power unit and a detection unit constituting the tactile sensor are formed in one body to be appropriate to be applied to a device such as electronic skin, and the power unit is constituted to supply power to the detection unit connected with the same in one tactile sensor. 본 발명은 단일전극 마찰발전기의 임피던스 정합을 이용한 자가동력 촉각센서에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 목적은, 전자피부와 같은 장치에 적용하기에 적합하도록, 촉각센서를 구성하는 전원부 및 감지부가 일체로 이루어져 하나의 촉각센서 안에서 전원부가 자신에게 연결된 감지부에 전원을 공급하도록 이루어지는, 단일전극 마찰발전기의 임피던스 정합을 이용한 자가동력 촉각센서를 제공함에 있다.
