Summary:The present invention is to provide a method for producing far-infrared radiation ceramics for thermo-treatment, which emits infrared rays of the same wavelength as the human body so as to maximize the metabolism promoting effects such as a blood circulation promoting effect, cell tissue activation and the like. To this end, disclosed is a method for producing far-infrared radiation ceramics for thermo-treatment, comprising: a powder forming process of mixing elvan and San-cheong clay at a ratio of 8 : 2, grinding the mixture thereof, and sieving the ground mixture using a standard screen of 200 mesh or less; a process of mixing 39-41 parts by weight of the mixture powder of elvan and San-cheong clay with 59-61 parts by weight of water, kneading the mixture, and aging the kneaded product to prepare base soil; a process of putting the base soil into a molding frame of a predetermined size, pressing the base soil using a compressor so that the base soil is molded into a hemispherical shape, and drying the molded product at room temperature; and a process of sintering the molded product dried in the molding frame in a kiln (electric furnace) at a temperature of 1,160-1,200℃ for 10-12 hours. 본 발명은 인체와 같은 파장의 원적외선을 방사하여 혈액순환촉진, 세포조직 활성화 등 신진대사 촉진 효과를 극대화하는 온열치료용 원적외선 방사 세라믹스 제조방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이에 본 발명에서는 맥반석과 산청토를 8:2의 비율로 혼합하여 분쇄한 후 200 메시 이하의 표준체로 통과시켜 분말화하는 공정, 상기 맥반석과 산청토 혼합분말 39 내지 41중량부에 물 59 내지 61중량부를 섞어 반죽한 후 일정한 시간 동안 숙성시켜 배토를 만드는 공정, 상기 배토를 일정한 크기를 갖는 성형틀에 넣어 압착기를 가압하여 반구상의 형태로 성형한 후 상온에서 건조시키는 공정, 성형틀에서 건조된 성형물을 1160~1200℃의 가마(전기로)에서 10~12시간 동안 소성하는 공정을 포함하는 온열치료용 원적외선 방사 세라믹스 제조방법을 개시한다.
