A segment control device according to an aspect of the present invention is a device for controlling a gap between a turbine blade and a ring segment in a gas turbine, the device comprising a segment holder coupled to the ring segment, a drive link coupled to the segment holder to move the segment holder, a compensation spring coupled to the drive link to press the drive link outward, and an actuator coupled to the drive link to move the drive link, wherein the segment holder extends in the circumferential direction of the turbine casing and may be combined with a plurality of the ring segments.
