Disclosed is an insulated window system, comprising: an upper part supporting unit on which a glass can be disposed at an upper part; a lower part supporting unit located at a lower part of the upper part supporting unit, having a center of displacement at a position deviated from the reference center of the upper part supporting unit, and being able to be supported by a support frame; and a compartment unit formed differently on each of one side and the other side of the lower part supporting unit.
