Summary: | The present invention relates to a preparation method of a chabazite (CHA) zeolite and to a high-purity zeolite in the form of a large particle prepared therefrom, and more specifically, to a preparation method of a CHA zeolite which controls a particle size from 0.5 to 4 microns and suppresses the generation of impurities by using two types of unique structure directing agents (SDA) to synthesize a pure CHA zeolite and a CHA zeolite prepared therefrom and grown in the particle size to be applicable to a SDPF filter.
본 발명은 차바자이트형 (Chabazite, CHA) 제올라이트 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 거대입자 형태의 고순도 제올라이트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 특이한 2종류의 구조유도물질(Structure Directing Agent, SDA)을 사용함으로써, 입자 크기가 0.5 내지 4 마이크론까지 조절 가능하고, 불순물 생성이 억제되어 순수한 CHA 제올라이트를 합성하는 CHA 제올라이트 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조되고 SDPF 필터에 적용 가능하도록 입자 크기가 성장된 CHA 제올라이트에 관한 것이다. |
