Summary:The present invention discloses an antibacterial cement-based base (wall) coating material and a high-functional composite insulation material for an eco-friendly house using the same. The antibacterial cement-based base (wall) coating material and the high-functional composite insulation material for an eco-friendly house using the same according to the present invention includes a slag mixture including slag, cement, and silica sand; a binder; and an antibacterial material that imparts antibacterial properties to the mixture of the slag mixture and the binder. Accordingly, it is possible not only to secure the adhesive strength, water resistance, and durability of the cement-based base (wall) coating material containing slag, but also to recycle resources, reduce the generation of pollutants, and prevent the occurrence of mold, bacteria, etc., thereby drastically improving the user's health as well as the living environment. 본 발명은 항균성 시멘트계 바탕(벽) 바름재 및 이를 이용한 친환경주택용 고기능성 복합단열재를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따르는 항균성 시멘트계 바탕(벽) 바름재 및 이를 이용한 친환경주택용 고기능성 복합단열재는 슬래그, 시멘트, 규사류를 포함하는 슬래그혼합물과, 바인더 및 상기 슬래그혼합물과 바인더와의 혼합물에 항균성을 부여하는 항균재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는데 이에 의할 때, 슬래그를 포함하는 시멘트계 바탕(벽) 바름재의 부착강도, 내수성, 내구성을 확보할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 자원을 재활용하고, 오염물질 발생을 저감시키는 한편, 곰팡이, 세균 등의 발생을 방지함으로써 사용자의 건강은 물론 주거환경을 획기적으로 개선할 수 있는 효과를 발휘할 수 있다.
