Summary:The present invention relates to a deicer manufactured by compression-molding various deicer components and a manufacturing method thereof, in which ice melting persistence is improved. In particular, according to the present invention, the deicer is integrally manufactured by compression-molding the deicer components, so that a material having high deliquescence and a material having no deliquescence are uniformly molded into granules, and thus a road whitening phenomenon caused by sodium chloride and the like, which has no deliquescence, is suppressed. In addition, according to the present invention, the deicer is conveniently sprayed due to a uniform particle size and a uniform particle shape, and has a moisture content maintained at 0.4% or less so that a hardening (cementation) problem does not occur even when the deicer is stored for a predetermined period of time. 본 발명은 여러 제설제 성분을 압축 성형하여 제조한 제설제 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 융빙 지속성이 개선된 것을 특징으로 한다. 특히, 본 발명의 제설제는 제설제 성분들을 압축 성형하여 일체형으로 제조함으로써, 조해성이 큰 물질과 조해성이 없는 물질이 알갱이에 균일하게 성형되어, 조해성이 없는 염화나트륨 등에 의한 도로 백화 현상을 억제할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명 제설제는 균일한 입자 크기 및 형상으로 살포가 편리할 뿐 아니라, 수분 함유량을 0.4%이하로 유지함으로 일정기간 동안 보관하여도 굳어지는(고결화) 문제가 발생하지 않는 것을 특징으로 한다.
