The present invention relates to a prefabricated barbell such as a dumbbell or a weight that is assembled to a handle and used for strength exercise. The prefabricated barbell comprises: a long rod-shaped handle; fixing plates which are disk-shaped heavy objects integrally fixed to both sides of the handle, respectively, wherein the handle protrudes to the outside of the disk shape, and a plurality of fixing holes penetrating in the horizontal direction are installed on one side of the disk shape; and assembly plates including assembly holes penetrating in the horizontal direction formed on one side of the disk shape to be correspondingly coupled to the fixing holes of the fixing plate, and a center hole penetrating in the horizontal direction formed at the center of the disk shape such that the handle is inserted into the center hole. The assembly plates are integrally coupled to the outside of the fixing plates by bolts and nuts. According to the present invention, the handle is prevented from being separated from the assembly plates so as to prevent the occurrence of accident. 본 발명은 아령이나 역기 등 손잡이에 조립되는 바벨을 이용한 근력운동에 있어서, 조립식 바벨은, 길이가 긴 장봉 형상의 손잡이와, 상기 손잡이의 양 측 각각에 일체로 고정되는 원반 형상의 중량물이고, 상기 원반 형상의 외부로 상기 손잡이가 돌출 형성되며, 상기 원반 형상의 일측에 좌우가 관통된 고정홀이 복수로 설치된 고정판과, 상기 고정판의 고정홀에 각각에 대응하여 결합하도록 원반 형상의 일측에 좌우가 관통된 조립홀이 형성되고, 상기 원반 형상의 중심에 좌우가 관통된 중심홀이 형성되어 상기 손잡이가 삽입되는 조립판을 포함하고, 상기 고정판의 외측에 상기 조립판이 볼트 및 너트에 의해 일체로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
