The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating allergic skin diseases containing 7-methoxy-luteolin as an active ingredient. More specifically, it has been confirmed that an expression level of representative pruritus-related ion channels TRPV1 and TRPA1, and an expression level of inflammatory and atopy-related cytokines IL-31, IL-6, TSLP, G-CSF and GM-CSF CSF are remarkably inhibited in HaCaT cells, human keratinocyte lines treated with 7-methoxy-luteolin compared with 7-methoxy-luteolin analogue luteolin and luteolin-7-O-glucoside. Accordingly, the composition containing 7-methoxy-luteolin may be provided as a pharmaceutical composition, a health food and a cosmetic composition for preventing or treating allergic skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis. 본 발명은 7-메톡시-루테올린을 유효성분으로 함유하는 알러지성 피부질환 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 7-메톡시-루테올린이 처리된 사람 각질형성세포주인 HaCaT 세포에서 대표적인 소양증 관련 이온채널인 TRPV1 및 TRPA1과 염증 및 아토피 관련 사이토카인인 IL-31, IL-6, TSLP, G-CSF 및 GM-CSF의 발현 수준이 7-메톡시-루테올린 유사체인 루테올린 (Luteolin) 및 루테올린-7-O-글루코사이드 (Luteolin-7-O-glucoside)와 비교하여 현저하게 억제된 것을 확인함에 따라, 상기 7-메톡시-루테올린이 포함된 조성물은 아토피 피부염과 같은 알러지성 피부질환의 예방 또는 치료를 위한 약학조성물, 건강식품 및 화장료 조성물로 제공될 수 있다.
