The present invention relates to a hydrolysate with enhanced immunity, antihypertensive, and antidiabetic activity obtained by enzymatically decomposing a swallow nest protein and a health functional food comprising thereof as an active ingredient. Specifically, the present invention relates to in providing the swallow nest hydrolysate that is obtained by concentrating, freezing, and drying after enzyme inactivation by heating, after hydrolysating by adding one or two or more protein hydrolysate to the swallow nest. 본 발명은 제비집 단백질을 효소분해하여 얻어지는 면역, 항고혈압 및 항당뇨활성이 증진된 가수분해물 및 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 건강기능식품에 대한 것이다. 구체적으로 제비집에 하나 또는 둘 이상의 단백질 가수분해효소를 첨가하여 가수분해한 후, 가열하여 효소불활성화한 다음 농축, 동결 및 건조하여 얻어지는 제비집 가수분해물을 제공하는 것에 대한 것이다.
