The present invention relates to a mask manufacturing method, a mask support template manufacturing method, and a frame integrated mask manufacturing method. The mask manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) forming a patterned first insulating portion on a mask metal layer; (b) forming a first mask pattern to a predetermined depth by first wet etching on one surface of the mask metal layer; (c) forming a second insulating portion on at least the first mask pattern; (d) forming a second mask pattern penetrating the other surface of the mask metal film from the first mask pattern by second wet etching on one surface of the mask metal film; (e) forming a third insulating portion in which a pattern interval has a predetermined value; and (f) performing third wet etching on one surface of the mask metal film. In the step (e), when a pattern in which the width of the second mask pattern formed on the other surface of the mask metal film is larger than a predetermined value is referred to as a 2-1^th mask pattern, and a pattern in which the width is smaller than the predetermined value is referred to as a 2-2^th mask pattern, the third insulating portion covers an inner side of a side surface of the 2-1^th mask pattern. In the step (f), the 2-2^th mask pattern is etched to increase the width of the pattern. The present invention can clearly control the size and the position of the mask pattern. 본 발명은 마스크의 제조 방법, 마스크 지지 템플릿의 제조 방법 및 프레임 일체형 마스크의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 마스크의 제조 방법은, (a) 마스크 금속막 상에 패턴화된 제1 절연부를 형성하는 단계; (b) 마스크 금속막의 일면에서 제1 습식 식각으로 소정 깊이만큼 제1 마스크 패턴을 형성하는 단계; (c) 적어도 제1 마스크 패턴 상에 제2 절연부를 형성하는 단계; (d) 마스크 금속막의 일면에서 제2 습식 식각으로 제1 마스크 패턴에서부터 마스크 금속막의 타면을 관통하는 제2 마스크 패턴을 형성하는 단계; (e) 패턴 간격이 소정값을 가지는 제3 절연부를 형성하는 단계; (f) 마스크 금속막의 일면에서 제3 습식 식각하는 단계를 포함하고, (e) 단계에서, 마스크 금속막의 타면에 형성된 제2 마스크 패턴의 폭이 소정값보다 큰 패턴을 제2-1 마스크 패턴, 소정값보다 작은 패턴을 제2-2 마스크 패턴이라고 할 때, 제2-1 마스크 패턴의 측면 내측을 제3 절연부가 커버하고, (f) 단계에서, 제2-2 마스크 패턴이 식각되어 패턴의 폭이 커지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
