The present invention relates to a light for showing weather by using an LED and cotton. An objective of the present invention is to pack an LED to prevent the LED from being seen by cloud cotton, show a cloud shape, emit light of a desired color by the LED, and allow the LED to emit light in accordance with weather by a circuit to resolve the problem in which only light of fixed colors such as white and ivory is emitted and design features are insufficient to resolve the conventional problem in which only light of fixed colors such as white and ivory is emitted and design features are insufficient. The light comprises: a light body having a hole allowing a post to be inserted thereinto and formed on a wide circular plate to be placed on a table; a light post formed in a cylindrical shape to support a cloud shape; cloud cotton formed in a round shape by compressing cotton to pack an LED to prevent the LED from being seen and show a cloud shape; an LED connected to a circuit by a wire to be positioned in the cloud cotton to emit light of a desired color; and a circuit connected to Wi-Fi to allow the LED to emit light and connected by a wire to obtain current weather information and operate the LED.
