The present invention relates to a heating belt and, more specifically, to a heating belt that can be worn on the waist so as to relieve pain in the spine and strengthen the erector muscle of the spine. The heating belt according to the present invention is configured such that far-infrared rays generated by a ceramic heating element is applied to the erector muscle of the spine located on both sides of the spine near the waist so as to enable the radiation to penetrate into the skin of the human body, thereby increasing the body temperature and expanding the capillaries. Furthermore, the heating belt promotes the blood circulation as well as the generation of cell tissues. 본 발명은 허리 부근의 척추 양쪽 척추기립근에 세라믹 발열에 의하여 발생 되는 원적외선을 인가하여 인체 피부 속까지 침투시켜 체온을 높임과 동시에 모세혈관을 확장시켜 혈액순환을 촉진 시킴은 물론 세포조직의 생성촉진 등을 통하여 척추의 통증완화 및 척추기립근 강화를 도모하도록 하는 허리에 착용할 수 있는 온열 벨트에 관한 것이다.
