The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a sandwich panel for a vehicle which includes: a plate etching step of etching a surface of a metal plate; a plate pressing step of forming a pattern of a specific shape on one surface of the metal plate etched by the plate etching step; a step of laminating a pair of the metal plates; and a step of injection molding by injecting a plastic resin into the pair of laminated metal plates. According to the present invention, bonding performance of the panel is improved, and the degree of freedom of shape due to press forming can be improved. 본 발명은 금속 판재의 표면을 에칭하는 판재 에칭 단계, 상기 판재 에칭 단계에 의해 에칭 처리된 상기 금속 판재의 일 면에 특정한 형상의 패턴을 형성시키는 판재 프레스 단계, 한 쌍의 상기 금속 판재를 적층하는 단계 및 적층된 한 쌍의 상기 금속 판재 내부에 플라스틱 수지를 주입하여 사출 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 자동차용 샌드위치 판넬 제조 방법으로서, 본 발명에 의하면, 판넬의 접합 성능을 향상시켜 프레스 성형으로 인한 형상 자유도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
