Summary:The present invention relates to a method for preparing chitosan composite nanoparticles containing vitamin C and fucoidan and chitosan composite nanoparticles prepared therefrom, and more specifically, a method for preparing chitosan composite nanoparticles containing vitamin C and fucoidan and chitosan composite nanoparticles prepared therefrom, in which the method comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a chitosan solution by mixing chitosan and a natural extract solution; (b) preparing a tripolyphosphate solution by mixing tripolyphosphate and a natural extract solution; (c) preparing a vitamin C solution by mixing vitamin C and a natural extract solution; and (d) preparing an ionic complex by mixing the chitosan solution, the tripolyphosphate solution, and the vitamin C solution. 본 발명은 비타민 C와 후코이단을 포함하는 키토산 복합 나노입자의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 키토산 복합 나노입자에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 (a) 키토산 및 천연 추출물 용액을 혼합하여 키토산 용액을 제조하는 단계; (b) 트리폴리인산염 및 천연 추출물 용액을 혼합하여 트리폴리인산염 용액을 제조하는 단계; (c) 비타민 C 및 천연 추출물 용액을 혼합하여 비타민 C 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 키토산 용액, 트리폴리인산염 용액 및 비타민 C 용액을 혼합하여 이온 복합체를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 키토산 복합 나노입자의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 키토산 복합 나노입자에 관한 것이다.
