The present invention relates to a water molecule fission heat generating apparatus. The water molecule fission heat generating apparatus comprises: a housing having an accommodation space; an internal electrode installed in the accommodation space of the housing; and an external electrode surrounding the outside of the internal electrode while maintaining a constant distance from the internal electrode. The internal electrode and the external electrode are made of a non-magnetic material which eliminates an effect of magnetism between the internal electrode and the external electrode.
