The present invention relates to a hot water supply and heating system for an apartment building and, more specifically, to an integrated piping system using hot water supply. To achieve the purpose, the integrated piping system includes: a heat exchanger (130) exchanging heat with a local heating supply pipe (110); a hot water tank (140) storing hot water heated by the heat exchanger (130); a hot water circulation pump (160) for supplying the hot water to each household (200); a main hot water supply pipe (30) connected to the hot water circulation pump (160), and extended to the household (200); a household heat exchanger (210) provided in each household (200), and exchanging heat through the main hot water supply pipe (30); a main hot water collection pipe (50) connected from the household heat exchanger (210) to the hot water tank (140); and first and second heating connection pipes (212, 214) individually connected by having one side formed to exchange heat through the household heat exchanger (210), and having the other side cutting a part of an existing heating pipe (260) installed in the household (200). 본 발명은 공동주택의 급탕 및 난방 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 급탕을 이용한 통합배관 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 지역난방공급배관(110)과 열교환하는 열교환기(130); 열교환기(130)에 의해 가열된 온수가 저장되는 온수탱크(140); 온수를 각 세대(200)로 공급하기 위한 온수순환펌프(160); 온수순환펌프(160)에 연결되고, 세대(200)까지 연장되는 급탕공급 메인배관(30); 각 세대(200) 마다 구비되고, 급탕공급메인배관(30)을 이용하여 열교환하는 세대열교환기(210); 세대열교환기(210)로부터 온수탱크(140)까지 연결되는 급탕회수메인배관(50); 및 일측이 세대열교환기(210)에서 열교환되고, 타측이 세대(200)에 설치되어 있던 기존난방배관(260)중 일부를 절개하여 각각 연결되는 제 1, 2 난방연결관(212, 214);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 급탕을 이용한 통합배관 시스템이 제공된다.
