The present invention provides a ventilation device, a circuit assembly, and a control method thereof, capable of stopping the motor operation when a panel is opened independently of specific driving conditions and notifying a user of the panel opening condition in the device provided with the panel and the motor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a circuit assembly comprises: a switch closed when the panel is coupled to a main body and opened when at least a portion of the panel is separated from the main body; a motor which stops operation when the switch is opened; a microcomputer connected to the switch and outputting a notification signal in response to opening of the switch; and an OR gate receiving a control signal of the microcomputer and an open or short signal of the switch. 본 발명은 판넬 및 모터가 마련된 장치에 있어서, 특정 구동 조건과 독립적으로 판넬 개방 시 모터의 동작을 중단 시키고 판넬 개방 상황을 사용자에게 알릴 수 있는 환기 장치, 회로 어셈블리 및 그 제어방법을 제공한다. 일 실시예에 따른 회로 어셈블리는 판넬이 본체에 결합되면 닫히고 상기 판넬의 적어도 일부분이 상기 본체와 분리되면 개방되는 스위치; 및 상기 스위치가 개방되면 동작이 중단되는 모터; 상기 스위치와 연결되고 상기 스위치의 개방에 대응하여 알림 신호를 출력하는 마이컴; 및 상기 마이컴의 제어 신호 및 상기 스위치의 개방 또는 단락 신호를 입력 받는 OR게이트;을 포함하는 회로 어셈블리를 포함한다.
