Abstract | The present invention relates to a method for processing apartment complaints using an artificial intelligence-based chatbot service and an apparatus thereof. 본 발명은 인공지능 기반의 챗봇 서비스를 이용한 공동주택 민원처리 서비스 방법 및 그 장치에 관한것으로 본 발명의 민원처리 서비스는 사용자와 대화형 서비스를 이용하여 대화를 분석하고 그에 따른 민원을 제공함으로써 공동주택 관리인력 없이도 24시간 민원처리 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있다. |
