The present invention relates to a vehicle dial-type shift operation apparatus. An objective of the present invention is to provide the vehicle dial-type shift operation apparatus. According to the present invention, a dial bezel and an upper cover are integrally formed so that when a dial rotates, the dial bezel and the upper cover rotate together. Therefore, an existing operating gap between the dial bezel and the upper cover is excluded, so that penetration of foreign substances can be prevented. In addition, when a P-stage button returns, a shock is buffered by a button guide disposed under the upper cover. Therefore, when the existing P-stage button is returned, a phenomenon in which a noise is transmitted to a room while the upper cover is hit can be prevented. The vehicle dial-type shift operation apparatus of the present invention comprises: the upper cover; the dial bezel; the dial; a dial housing; a button housing; the button guide; and the P-stage button. 본 발명은 다이얼 베젤과 어퍼커버를 일체로 형성하여 다이얼 회전시 다이얼 베질 및 어퍼커버가 함께 회전되도록 함으로써, 기존의 다이얼 베젤과 어퍼커버 간의 작동갭을 배제하여 이물질이 침투하는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 또한 P단 버튼의 리턴시 충격을 어퍼커버의 아래쪽에 배치되는 버튼 가이드에서 완충시키도록 함으로써, 기존에 P단 버튼의 리턴시 어퍼커버를 타격함에 따른 소음이 실내로 전달되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 차량용 다이얼 타입 변속 조작장치를 제공하고자 한 것이다.
