The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for simulating a clinical image. A simulation method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: matching a pre-treatment clinical image of soft tissue around a treatment target site of a subject to be treated, with a pre-treatment medical image of hard tissue around the treatment target site of the subject to be treated; and generating a post-treatment clinical image according to the matched pre-treatment image by using a machine learning model, wherein the post-treatment clinical image is an image of soft tissue linked to hard tissue. 본 발명은 임상 영상의 시뮬레이션 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 시뮬레이션 방법은 치료 대상자의 치료 대상 부위 주변의 연조직에 대한 치료 전 임상 영상과, 치료 대상자의 치료 대상 부위 주변의 경조직에 대한 치료 전 의료 영상을 정합하는 단계; 및 머신 러닝 모델을 이용하여 정합된 치료 전 영상에 따른 치료 후 임상 영상을 생성하는 단계;를 포함하며, 상기 치료 후 임상 영상은 경조직에 연동된 연조직에 대한 영상이다.
