Summary:A method for accurately monitoring various biological states by using only a pressure sensor and a device thereof are provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a sleeping state monitoring method comprises the following steps of: measuring pressure with a pressure sensor package; estimating a posture change by using the measured pressure; and using the measured pressure to measure a breathing state. Accordingly, it is possible to accurately monitor various biological states through a simple sensor structure using only the pressure sensor. 압력센서만으로 다양한 생체 상태를 정확하게 모니터링하기 위한 방법 및 장치가 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 수면 상태 모니터링 방법은 압력센서 패키지로 압력을 측정하는 단계; 측정된 압력을 이용하여, 자세 변화를 추정하는 단계; 측정된 압력을 이용하여, 호흡 상태를 측정하는 단계;를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 압력센서만을 이용한 간단한 센서 구조를 통해, 다양한 생체 상태를 정확하게 모니터링하는 것이 가능해진다.
