According to various embodiments, an electronic device includes: a battery; an antenna module; a magnetic field control circuit electrically connected to the antenna module; a charging circuit electrically connected to the battery and the magnetic field control circuit; a memory; and at least one processor electrically connected to the magnetic field control circuit, the charging circuit, and the memory, wherein the at least one processor is set to: identify an operating frequency through the magnetic field control circuit during wireless power transmission to an external electronic device; determine whether the checked operating frequency belongs to at least one operating voltage change frequency interval within a specified operating frequency range; and change an operating voltage of the charging circuit when the operating frequency belongs to the at least one operating voltage change frequency interval. Other embodiments are also possible.
