According to one embodiment of the present invention, a camera actuator includes: a housing; a prism unit disposed in the housing; and a drive unit disposed in the housing so as to tilt the prism unit. The drive unit comprises: a first piezoelectric device disposed in a region overlapping in a first direction with respect to the center of the prism unit; and a second piezoelectric device disposed in a region overlapping in a second direction, different from the first direction, with respect to the center of the prism unit. The prism unit is provided so as to be tiltable in the second direction by means of the first piezoelectric device, and is provided so as to be tiltable in the first direction by means of the second piezoelectric device.
