The present invention relates to a safety apparatus for high place work, comprising: a connection unit which is connected with a fixation member provided on a work structure to be detachable; a fall prevention unit for preventing a fall of a worker by tension, of which one side is connected with the connection unit and the other side is connected with a work cloth of the worker; a first connection confirmation unit which is installed on the connection unit, interferes with the fixation member, and confirms connection status between the connection unit and the fixation unit; and a second connection confirmation unit which is installed between the connection unit and the fall prevention unit and measures tension applied to the connection unit to confirm the connection status between the connection unit and the fixation member. The safety apparatus allows the worker to check whether safety is secured by oneself. 본 발명은 고소작업용 안전 장치에 관한 것으로, 작업구조물에 구비되는 고정부재에 착탈 가능하게 연결되는 연결부와, 일측이 연결부와 연결되고, 타측이 작업자의 작업복에 연결되며, 장력에 의해 작업자의 추락을 방지하는 추락방지부와, 연결부에 설치되고, 고정부재와 간섭되어 연결부와 고정부재의 연결상태를 확인하는 제1연결확인부와, 연결부와 추락방지부 사이에 설치되고, 연결부에 가해지는 장력을 측정하여 연결부와 상기 고정부재의 연결상태를 확인하는 제2연결확인부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
