The present invention relates to a gas spray type sterilization apparatus, which comprises: a housing; a sterilizing substance generating unit provided inside the housing and generating a sterilizing substance; a spraying unit configured to spray a sterilizing substance to the outside of the housing through a hole provided in the housing; a connecting tube for connecting the sterilizing material generating unit and the spraying unit; an operating unit for providing power to move the sterilizing substance from the sterilizing substance generating unit to the spraying unit; a sensing unit provided in the housing and capable of sensing a human body; and a control unit for controlling the operating unit according to a signal from the sensing unit, in which when detecting a human body in the sensing unit, the control unit operates the operating unit to spray the sterilizing substance to the spraying unit. 본 발명은 기체 분사형 살균 장치에 관한 것으로, 하우징; 상기 하우징 내부에 구비되며, 살균 물질을 생성하는 살균 물질 생성부; 상기 하우징에 구비되는 구멍으로, 상기 하우징 외부로 살균 물질을 분사할 수 있는 분사부; 상기 살균 물질 생성부와 상기 분사부를 연결하는 연결관; 상기 살균 물질 생성부에서 상기 분사부로 살균 물질을 이동시킬 수 있는 동력을 제공하는 작동부; 상기 하우징에 구비되며, 인체를 감지할 수 있는 감지부; 상기 감지부의 신호에 따라 상기 작동부를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하며, 상기 제어부는 상기 감지부에서 인체를 감지하면, 상기 작동부를 작동시켜 상기 분사부로 살균 물질을 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
