Introduced is a side airbag apparatus comprising: an airbag cushion of which a rear end part is fixed on one side of a seat and a front end part moves forward while the airbag cushion is deployed when gas is injected therein; at least one support tether extended in a longitudinal direction, of which one side is coupled with one side of the seat to be rotatable around a rotation shaft extended in parallel with the side of the seat; and at least one outer tether of which one end part is coupled with the other side of the support tether and the other end part extended in the longitudinal direction is coupled with the front end part of the airbag cushion.
