The present invention relates to a marker for diagnosis and prognosis judgement of prostate cancer. According to the present invention, since an mRNA expression amount and detection amount of PSA in blood cancer cells isolated from blood, a PSA gene in the blood cancer cells which is a marker of the present invention can be usefully used for diagnosis and prognosis judgement of prostate cancer. 본 발명은 전립선암의 진단 및 예후 판단을 위한 마커에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 혈액에서 분리한 혈중암세포에서 PSA의 mRNA 발현량 및 검출량이 전립선암의 병기에 특이적이므로, 본 발명의 마커인 혈중암세포 내 PSA 유전자를 전립선암의 진단 및 예후 판단 용도로 유용하게 활용할 수 있다.
