Summary:A method of manufacturing an electrode assembly, according to the present invention, is a method of manufacturing an electrode assembly in which a plurality of electrodes are stacked and comprises: a gripping step in which a gripper grips a unit cell in which a plurality of electrodes and a separator of a predetermined number are stacked; and a static elimination step of exposing the gripper or a unit cell gripped by the gripper to air ions in order to block the generation of static electricity. The manufacturing device of an electrode assembly, according to the present invention, is a manufacturing device of an electrode assembly in which a plurality of electrodes are stacked and comprises: a gripper for gripping a unit cell in which a plurality of electrodes and a separator of a predetermined number are stacked; and an ionizer spraying air ions to the gripper or a unit cell gripped by the gripper.
