Disclosed are an advanced oxidation treatment apparatus and method using ozone. According to one aspect of the present invention, there may be provided an advanced oxidation treatment apparatus and method using ozone, in which the advanced oxidation treatment apparatus includes: a pipe that transports treatment water; and an ozone injection unit that injects ozone gas in the pipe, wherein the ozone injecting unit includes: a venturi pipe that is disposed on a central portion of the pipe to extend in a length direction of the pipe; an ozone supply unit that is connected to an area with reduced diameter of the venturi pipe; a circular pipe member that is coupled to a downstream end side of the venturi pipe; and a conical plate member that is coupled to a downstream end side of the pipe member and extends to an inside of the pipe member, the conical plate member includes: a mixing unit that is provided with a plurality of first through holes through which the treatment water passes; a plate-shaped rectifying unit that is interposed between the venturi pipe and the pipe member and has a plurality of second through holes for connecting an inner space of the venturi pipe and an inner space of the pipe member to each other; and a diffusion unit that includes a first guide plate member coupled to the downstream end side of the pipe member and extending in a transport direction of the treatment water, in which an inner diameter of the first guide plate gradually increases as it goes to the downstream end side.
