Summary:The present invention discloses an UV-C LED package that includes: a package body (110); a double-sided metal PCB (120) with an insulating layer formed on the upper end of the package body (110) interposed therebetween; an UV LED chip (130) electrically connected to the double-sided metal PCB (120) and mounted in the central region of the package body (110); an Al metal cavity (140) accommodating the UV LED chip (130) and emitting the light from the UV LED chip (130) at a specific directivity angle; and a quartz glass cover (150) covering the Al metal cavity (140).
