The counselor phone has a call blocking button and a control part. 본 발명은 상담원 전화기에 안내용 음성멘트를 별도로 저장함으로써 사설 교환기 없이도 악성 고객에게 저장된 안내 멘트를 송출한 후 통화를 강제로 종료시키기 위한 콜센터용 통화 차단 시스템 및 이의 운용 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
