The present invention relates to a rotation apparatus for a vehicle seat. More preferably, the rotation apparatus for a vehicle seat according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a lower plate fastened to a seat rail; an upper plate which is fastened to a seat cushion frame and is located to cover an outer edge of the lower plate, wherein at least a part thereof is inserted into a center part of the lower plate; a retainer which is located between the lower plate and the upper plate; and a support unit which is located on a part of the outermost side of the lower plate and is configured to support the upper plate and the lower plate. The rotation apparatus for a vehicle seat includes the support unit to significantly reduce noise and vibration generated from the seat. 본 발명은 차량용 시트 회전장치에 관한 것으로, 더 바람직하게, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 시트 회전장치는 시트레일에 체결되는 하부 플레이트, 시트쿠션 프레임에 체결되고 상기 하부 플레이트 중앙부 내측으로 적어도 일부가 삽입되며 상기 하부 플레이트의 외각을 감싸도록 위치되는 상부 플레이트, 상기 하부 플레이트와 상기 상부 플레이트 사이에 위치하는 리테이너 및 상기 하부 플레이트 최외각 측면의 일부에 위치하여 상기 상부 플레이트와 상기 하부 플레이트를 지지하도록 구성되는 지지유닛을 포함한다.
