According to an embodiment of the present invention, a laser device comprises: a laser beam outputting unit; a correction unit correcting a laser beam emitted from the laser beam outputting unit; a laser scanner the laser beam corrected from the correction unit; a reflector reflecting the laser beam scanned from the laser scanner to a processing substrate; and a control unit controlling the correcting unit. The control unit may control the correction unit according to a scanning condition of the laser scanner. 실시예에 따른 레이저 장치는 레이저 빔 출력부, 상기 레이저 빔 출력부로부터 출사된 레이저 빔을 보정하는 보정부, 상기 보정부에서 보정된 상기 레이저 빔을 스캐닝하는 레이저 스캐너, 상기 레이저 스캐너로부터 스캐닝된 상기 레이저 빔을 처리 기판으로 반사하는 반사체, 그리고 상기 보정부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 레이저 스캐너의 스캐닝 조건에 따라 상기 보정부를 제어할 수 있다.
