The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for measuring a robust body temperature by using a biometric signal of a skin image. In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, the method for measuring a robust body temperature by using a biometric signal of a skin image includes the following steps of: estimating at least one biometric signal by using color signals calculated in skin interest areas of a plurality of parts; estimating at least one body temperature corresponding to each of the at least one biometric signal by applying the estimated at least one biometric signal to a regression analysis formula; estimating a skin temperature by using the color data of the skin interest area; estimating a third body temperature by applying the estimated skin temperature to the regression analysis formula; estimating a robust body temperature by weighting and averaging the estimated at least one body temperature and the estimated third body temperature; and estimating an improved body temperature by weighting and averaging body temperatures calculated from the plurality of parts. Therefore, the present invention is capable of measuring a body temperature by reflecting a variation of a biometric signal and a skin temperature. 본 발명은 피부 영상의 생체신호를 이용한 강인한 체온 측정 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 피부 영상의 생체신호를 이용한 강인한 체온 측정 방법은, 복수 부위의 피부 관심 영역에서 계산된 색상 신호를 이용하여 적어도 하나의 생체 신호를 추정하는 단계, 상기 추정된 적어도 하나의 생체 신호를 회귀분석 식에 적용하여 상기 적어도 하나의 생체 신호에 각각 대응되는 적어도 하나의 체온을 추정하는 단계, 상기 피부 관심 영역의 색상 데이터를 이용하여 피부 온도를 추정하는 단계, 상기 추정된 피부 온도를 회귀분석 식에 적용하여 제3 체온을 추정하는 단계, 및 상기 추정된 적어도 하나의 체온과 상기 추정된 제3 체온을 가중 평균하여 강인한 체온을 추정하는 단계, 및 복수 부위에서 계산된 체온을 가중 평균내어 개선된 체온을 추정하는 단계를 포함한다.
