Summary: | The present invention, in a bellows device of a vacuum robot for manufacturing a display panel, provides an active drive bellows device of a vacuum robot for manufacturing a display panel, which includes: a plurality of bellows blocks having a corrugated pipe shape; a plurality of connecting flanges connecting each of the bellows blocks to form a single elastic corrugated pipe; and an expansion and contraction driving means which synchronizes and position-controls the expansion and contraction operation of the bellows blocks while expanding and reducing a distance between the plurality of connection flanges. Accordingly, a load on a motor and a drive mechanism is reduced.
본 발명은, 디스플레이 패널 제조용 진공 로봇의 벨로우즈 장치에 있어서, 주름관 형상을 가지는 복수개의 벨로우즈 블록들과, 상기 벨로우즈 블록들의 각각을 연결하여 단일의 신축자재의 주름관을 형성하는 복수개의 연결 플랜지들과, 상기 복수개의 연결 플랜지들의 간격을 확장 및 축소시키면서 상기 벨로우즈 블록의 신축 작동을 동기화 및 위치 제어하는 신축 구동 수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 패널 제조용 진공 로봇의 능동 구동 벨로우즈 장치를 제공한다. |
