Summary:Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a viewing angle control film having an integral structure of a louver layer and a liquid crystal layer, which is represented in a state of a narrow viewing angle when power is applied and represented in a state of a normally broad viewing angle when power is not applied such that the viewing angle can be changed. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of a viewing angle control film which includes a first release protective layer, a first adsorption preventing layer, a PET layer, a first conductive layer, a liquid crystal layer, a second conductive layer, a louver layer, a second adsorption preventing layer, and a second release protective layer sequentially stacked from an upper part comprises: a step (a) of mixing a nematic liquid crystal, a polymer monomer for UV, a photo initiator, and a spacer particle to prepare a nematic liquid crystal-polymer monomer mixture; and a step (b) of applying and compressing the nematic liquid crystal-polymer monomer mixture between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, and then emitting ultraviolet rays to carry out polymerization and form a polymer liquid crystal network, thereby manufacturing a viewing angle control film, wherein the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer are connected to a power source. Accordingly, the viewing angle can be changed to reduce energy consumption of a display. 루버층과 액정층이 일체화된 구조이고, 전원 인가 시 좁은 시야각 상태로 표시되고 전원 미인가 시 정상적인 넓은 시야각 상태로 표시되어 시야각 변환이 가능한 시야각 조절 필름의 제조 방법에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 시야각 조절 필름의 제조 방법은 상부에서부터 제1이형 보호층, 제1흡착 방지층, PET층, 제1도전층, 액정층, 제2도전층, 루버층(louver layer), 제2흡착 방지층과 제2이형 보호층이 배치되며, (a) 네마틱 액정, UV용 폴리머 모노머, 광개시제, 스페이서 입자를 혼합하여 네마틱 액정-폴리머 모노머 혼합물을 마련하는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 네마틱 액정-폴리머 모노머 혼합물을 상기 제1도전층과 제2도전층 사이에 도포한 뒤 압착한 후, 자외선을 조사하여 중합시키고 폴리머 액정 네트워크를 형성하여 시야각 조절 필름을 제조하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제1도전층과 제2도전층은 전원과 연결된다.
