Summary: | The present invention relates to a cryogenic reciprocating pump using a linear motor. By adopting an electromagnetic type linear motor instead of a mechanical method such as a crank, the heat generated by pumping friction is minimized. By providing a structure that surrounds most of the linear motor with a vacuum layer, a cryogenic fluid to be pumped is isolated from the outside air, thereby blocking intrusion of heat into the cryogenic fluid. The reciprocating pump using a linear motor includes a cylinder assembly and a linear motor.
본 발명은 리니어 모터를 이용한 극저온 왕복동 펌프에 관한 것으로, 크랭크 등의 기계적 방식 대신 전자기적 방식의 리니어 모터를 채택함으로써 펌핑 마찰로 인한 발열을 최소화 하는 한편, 리니어 모터의 대부분을 진공층으로 에워싸는 구조를 제공하여 펌핑 대상인 극저온 유체를 외기와 격리시킴으로써 극저온 유체로의 열 침입을 차단하는 극저온 왕복동 펌프에 관한 것이다. |
