Summary:Disclosed is a ground measurement device which comprises: a tunnel boring device unit having a plurality of grouting holes forming a moving passage of a grouting material injected during grouting and configured to excavate a tunnel to form the tunnel; and a ground measurement unit mounted on a storage space provided inside the tunnel boring device unit, having a sensing unit configured to sense a physical amount with respect to the ground, and enabling the sensing unit to enter the inside and the outside of the tunnel boring device unit through the grouting hole. 본 발명은, 그라우팅(grouting) 시 주입되는 그라우팅 재료의 이동 경로를 형성하는 복수의 그라우팅홀을 구비하고, 터널을 형성하도록 굴착 가능하게 구성되는 터널 보링 장치부; 및 상기 터널 보링 장치부의 내부에 마련되는 수용공간상에 장착되고, 지반에 대한 물리량을 감지하도록 이루어지는 센싱부를 구비하며, 상기 센싱부가 상기 그라이우팅홀을 통해 상기 터널 보링 장치부의 내부와 외부를 출입 가능하도록 이루어지는 지반측정부를 포함하는 지반 측정 장치를 개시한다.
