Summary:Provided are a method for manufacturing a composite fiber fabric and a composite fiber fabric manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a composite fiber fabric of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a first mixture by mixing a first fiber raw material and a metal fine particle; preparing a second mixture by mixing a second fiber raw material and the first mixture; and producing a fiber yarn by spinning the second mixture, wherein the metal fine particle has an average particle diameter of 2-7 μm. In addition, the composite fiber fabric manufactured by the manufacturing method is a fiber material that can secure mechanical properties including elasticity as well as antibacterial properties. 제1 섬유 원료 및 금속 미립자를 혼합하여 제1 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 제2 섬유 원료 및 상기 제1 혼합물을 혼합하여 제2 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 제2 혼합물을 방사하여 섬유 원사를 제조하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 금속 미립자의 평균 입경이 2㎛ 내지 7㎛인 복합 섬유 원단의 제조방법과 이러한 제조방법을 통하여 제조된 복합 섬유 원단으로서 탄력성 등의 기계적 물성과 항균성을 동시에 확보할 수 있는 섬유 재료를 제공한다.
