본 발명은 평균 원형도가 0.8 이상이며, 비정질인 페릴렌계 흑색 안료 미립자, 및 페릴렌계 흑색 안료를 용해시킨 안료 용액과, 상기 안료 용액으로부터 페릴렌계 흑색 안료 미립자를 석출시키기 위한 석출 용매를 혼합하여 페릴렌계 흑색 안료 미립자를 생성시키는 공정을 포함하고, 상기 안료 용액과 상기 석출 용매 중 적어도 일방에 독립적으로 알칼리 토류 금속의 염 및/또는 입자 성장 억제제가 포함되는 페릴렌계 흑색 안료 미립자의 제조 방법이다. 본 발명에 의해, 분산성이 좋고, 은폐성 및 차광성이 높고, 색상 및 채도가 제어된 페릴렌계 흑색 안료 미립자 및 그것을 간편하게 제조하는 방법 등을 제공할 수 있다. The present application provides black perylene pigment microparticles having an average circularity of 0.8 or more which are amorphous; and a method of producing the black perylene pigment microparticles, which comprises a step of mixing a pigment solution in which a black perylene pigment is dissolved and a precipitation solvent for precipitating black perylene pigment microparticles from the pigment solution to form black perylene pigment microparticles, wherein at least one of the pigment solution and the precipitation solvent independently includes a salt of an alkaline earth metal and/or a particle growth inhibitor. The present invention can provide black perylene pigment microparticles having good dispersibility, high concealability and light-shielding property and controlled hue and chroma, and a method of easily producing the same, and the like.
