The present invention relates to a cover window and a flexible display device including the same. The cover window, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a first layer having a first modulus; a second layer disposed on the first layer and having a second modulus smaller than the first modulus; and a third layer disposed on the second layer and having a third modulus equal to or larger than the first modulus, wherein the third layer includes a nanoparticle-polyurethane complex in which polyurethane is bonded with nanoparticles by a covalent bond. Therefore, the cover window of the present invention provides effects in that the cover window can be folded and rolled while having excellent surface characteristic and the cover window has excellent restorability against pressing and excellent optical property. 본 발명은 커버 윈도우 및 이를 포함하는 플렉서블 표시 장치에 관한 발명으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커버 윈도우는, 제1 모듈러스를 갖는 제1 레이어, 제1 레이어 상에 배치되고 제1 모듈러스 보다 작은 제2 모듈러스를 갖는 제2 레이어 및 제2 레이어 상에 배치되고 제1 모듈러스와 같거나 더 큰 제3 모듈러스를 갖는 제3 레이어를 포함하고, 제3 레이어는 나노 입자에 폴리우레탄이 공유 결합에 의해 일체화된 나노 입자-폴리우레탄 복합체를 포함한다. 이에 따라 본 발명의 커버 윈도우는 표면 특성이 우수하면서도 폴딩 및 롤링이 가능하며, 눌림에 대한 복원 특성 및 광학적 특성이 우수한 효과를 제공한다.
