The present invention relates to a portable aroma diffusing device and a mask, and more specifically, to a portable aroma diffusing device which is formed to have a structure that: is formed by including a general rod or a flexible rod so as to facilitate the arrangement between a location where aroma is diffused and a user's olfactory organ; and is easy to control the concentration used according to symptoms of men and women of all ages and the ages thereof such that a scent can be easily exchangeable, the present invention can be sealed when not in use, a user is able to easily enjoy the aromatherapy effect anywhere, at any time, and a user may have a relatively low sense of difference, and thus may wear the present invention for a long time. In addition, when it is difficult to install the device depending on a user's physical environment, the present invention can be used universally through embodiments of several support members. 본 발명은 휴대용 아로마 발향장치 및 마스크에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 아로마가 발향되는 위치와 사용자의 후각기관과의 정렬이 용이하도록 일반봉 또는 플렉시블 봉을 포함하여 형성되고 남녀노소 증상과 연령에 따라 사용되는 농도조절이 용이한 구조로 형성되며 ,손쉽게 향기를 교체할수 있으며,사용하지 않을 경우 밀폐가 가능하며 언제 어디서나 용이하게 아로마테라피의 효과를 볼수 있으며 낮은 이질감을 느낄 수 있어 장시간 착용 가능한 구조이다. 또한 사용자의 신체환경에 따라 장비 장착이 어려운 경우 여러 지지부재의 실시예를 통해 범용적으로 사용할 수 있는 아로마 발향장치에 관한 것이다.
